Garshan massage describes a treatment performed with special massage gloves made of raw silk. It is subject to Ayurvedic teachings and belongs to the classic dry massages. The massage is characterized by a warming exfoliating effect caused by the silk gloves. Garshan treatment stimulates microcirculation.
