Warming Ayurvedic massage of the complete legs is wonderfully relaxing. This treatment can promote the removal of lymphatic fluid. The well-known vital points, the "marma points", are stimulated and thus "prana", the life energy, is released. The blood circulation is activated and has a strengthening and revitalizing effect. It helps to let go of restlessness and can relieve headaches and sleep disorders.
